If you've forgotten your password or are unable to access your account, you can reset your password from the platform's login screen.

To reset your Redica Systems password, follow the steps below:

Head to https://platform.redica.com.
- Enter the email address for your account and click Proceed.

In the next window, select Forgot Your Password? > Request Reset Link. If there is an account registered under that email address, Redica Systems will send a password reset email to your address.
- Open the password reset email from support@redica.com. Select the link provided to reset your password. This will open a new window.

Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the new password in the open fields.
- Click Reset Password.
- When you next go to log in, you can log in via your new password.

Note: If you did not receive a password reset email from support@redica.com, we recommend the below solutions:
- Check your Spam inbox or bulk mail folder.
- Double-check your email address for any misspellings or incorrect characters. The email address must match exactly what you typed in when you created your account.
- Contact your IT Department, or an organization admin, for assistance in adding Redica Systems to your company's whitelist (allowlist).
